This reconfiguration transformed the flat from a one-bed into a generous two-bed.
We moved the living spaces upstairs into what used to be a bedroom in the attic. Adding lots of insulation and re-plasterboarding the roof has made the space cosy and warm with straight clean lines and tidy edges.
The property has now been sold with The Modern House.
We made significant energy efficency and fabric performance improvments as part of the renovation, resulting in an improvment of the EPC rating from E to C.
For a top floor and attic Victorian flat conversion, in a conservation area, this is very good.
