A utilitarian storage building  

The design of this small timber building was driven by a desire to avoid difficult construction methods and wet trades. The exterior is clad in a ‘rustic’ rough sawn European Larch, which will weather to be a light grey in exposed areas and stay a warm orange in the sheltered recesses around the doors.

The interior is a smooth grey woodchip board bound with cement. Discreet interior lighting washes across the roof and highlights the exposed roof beams.

The sedum roof is surrounded by a black powder coated aluminium coping.
