New End House


A new end of terrace house in a central Sheffield Conservation Area

Planning Permission granted for this new end of terrace house on a garage plot in a central Sheffield Conservation Area.

A sculptural red brick form with perforated metal creates dappled light to the kitchen, becoming the garden fence at the side.

The windows on the gable end are within neatly proportioned recesses.

Site sold with planning permission.




Exposed blocks on the inside walls create a utilitarian feel. Timber lined window reveals exude warmth and a high quality finish. The open-plan ground floor maximises the use of a very small floor plate. A generous bathroom and open-tread spiral staircase give the first floor a luxury feel.
