About Me

Architecture should be uplifting and memorable, it should feel permanent and durable. It should be relevant to its place, framing key views and oriented to the climatic conditions, bringing natural light deep within. I am committed to producing unique and memorable spaces and are a delight to inhabit.

Prior to working alone I gained experience at award winning design-led architecture practices in London. At Panter Hudspith Architects, a practice known for designing sensitive additions to historic contexts, I worked on the RIBA and RICS award winning redevelopment of the Oxford Westgate Shopping Centre. Following this I worked on the large West Grove South ‘mixed-use’ development in Elephant and Castle. West Grove South was a finalist for the ‘Best Large Housing Development’ Brick Award and received a Commondation for the ‘Urban Regeneration’ Brick Award.

At ‘Grand Designs’ famous Carl Turner Architects I lead a hands-on build of the an office fit out project and then the technical design of a large new build home on a back-land site in Hove. At Burgess Architects I was brought in as project architect for a new-build timber frame eco-house in Horsham and a high-spec loft conversion project in Fulham. I also worked on a series of other unique residential projects in South London and heritage settings in Dulwich.

I recieved a Distinction at The Royal College of Art and was tutored by the Jamie Fobert Architects, award winning architects of the Tate St Ives and National Portrait Gallery redevelopment. I was also tutored by digital fabrication researcher Guan Lee, film maker Clara Kraft and Satoshi Isono of Universal Design Studio at Grymsdyke Farm.

Prior to the RCA I recieved a First Class BA(Hons) Architecture from The University of Sheffeld. I completed my professional accreditation at the University of Westminster.
